Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday rentals: $1,500 each

Booking Procedures Please review our rental policies and contact us to make a reservation. We require a DocuSigned copy of our usage agreement form and a deposit of half the rental fee (minimum $1,000) to reserve a date.

The remaining rental balance as well as payment for any add-ons (patio lights, extra hours, extra security) will be due 30 days ahead of the event.

Holiday Rental Fees

There is a premium for holiday rentals. We will discuss the rental fee for holidays on inquiry.
